[CHANGED] Oil and Natural Gas Fluid Blocks are now more flammable, when coming in contact with Lava or Fire Blocks. (but still not explosive in any way, also still wont do this for Torches, that would be too cruel)

Whoops, sorry I was going to suggest a config for that but decided against it. Hence the Suggestion topic.

The reason I dont let it happen by Torches is that it will make mining near impossible if I did.
I liked it back in the days, when i found coal and coal gas blew me so hard up, i could have reached the nether.
In fact, the mine cold light source is invented for this purpose.
And in minecraft, there are beacons, redstone torches, redstone lights and glowstones available.
They donβt seem to cause flames.
also this would be a opportunity to add electric lamps and reinforce mineshafts
