Did that person do anything to improve the FPS situation to the video settings?

What about Fastcraft and Optifine?

And RAM settings?

I’ve got the forge but can’t connect to the server. Is it because I’m in China?

Did you install Forge properly? Did you actually select the Profile that has Forge installed and not the Vanilla Profile?

It seems the MC version of this server is 1.12.2 (I thought that was 1.7.10) , However, I can’t connect to it still. By the way, I didn’t induce a mod pack to my system, I installed MC1.7.10 via HMCL, a Minecraft launcher, then I installed forge, and then manually put mods into .Minecraft/mods/1.7.10

Could you please tell me whether I installed forge in a right way?

This server was recently updated to 1.12.2 and the attached files are no longer current. You will need to contact @RaymondIII for more details as it’s their server.

Indeed, I expect they are using some sort of unofficial version setup, I don’t know myself as I haven’t been back.
