Also, hydrogen borate is the wrong name. The correct name should be boric acid.

Yes the water is missing indeed, it’s just not fitting in the Recipe.
And the whole Acids and their Salts thing is just weird and wonky in GT6, so that is not gonna be fixed just because it’s some weird dumb case.
